Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is for all ages! You do not need to be able to swim to participate. A variety of exercises will be given where you will be spending 45 minutes in the pool. This aerobics class entails a warm-up, six different exercises that address the upper body, lower body, or aerobic. You will complete three sets of exercises with a cool down. Modifications can be made to almost all of the exercises to suit your needs.

Location: Newcastle Lodge Swimming Pool
