Newcastle Rising Tide Foundations Training

Essential for all members of Rising Tide, this foundations training covers everything you need to know about Rising Tide from our story and strategy to our structure and how you can get more involved. You’ll leave the weekend feeling more confident in sharing your own and Rising Tide’s story, equipped with deeper skills about how to talk to people about Rising Tide, having a stronger understanding of the key ways that we make change and knowing how you can be part of our dynamic movement.

Plus, over the weekend you’ll get the chance to form deeper connections with like-minded people and get more involved in the Rising Tide community.

WHEN: Saturday 30 August 9:30am-5pm & Sunday 31 August 9:30am-4pm
WHERE: Pachamama House, 21 Gordon Ave, Hamilton

Cost: This training is an optional donation. $15 will cover your food for both days (2 lunches plus snacks and tea and coffee), or if you’re feeling generous chuck in more to help us deliver this training to more people all over the country.
