Model Boat Regatta

Three days of fun on the water!

Across three days, Museum Park will come alive with working model boats, hands-on activities for kids, live demonstrations, science shows and plenty for families to explore.

Each day includes:

• Live sailing circuits
• Docking and manoeuvring demonstrations
• Tugboats
• Steam-period demonstrations

Sailor’s Sunday Special, Sunday 25 January:

• Make and sail sustainable bark canoes with Peter Melling from Hunter Innovation and Science Hub
• Science shows at 11.15am, 12.15pm and 1.15pm
• Craft and hands-on activities throughout the day
• Food trucks
