Kundalini Yoga & Sound Meditation Journey

Winter Wind Down.
A kundalini kriya to encourage the release of tension and the flow of energy followed by 50 minutes of deep relaxation. This includes yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and a sound journey meditation. Lie down and bathe in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, the wind gong, medicine drum, vocal toning and more. We will complete the workshop with a gorgeous chanting meditation.
