In this workshop we will combine breathwork with movement, sound, mantra and meditation to clear energetic pathways and past hauntings. We can then embrace the present and put our best selves forward into the future.

🌺 Kundalini Kriya for forgiveness. This is a yoga set that combines breath, sound and movement to get pranic energy flowing, tone the vagus nerve and develop self awareness.

🌺 Sound Meditation Journey using crystal singing bowls, wind gong, medicine drum, vocals and other instruments to rebalance the systems of the body and take you into a deep state of relaxation.

This space is accessed by stairs. We have mats and bolsters but recommend you BYO for maximum comfort. You may also wish to bring an eye mask and a light blanket for the sound and relaxations segment.
