ATHLETIC SOCIAL RUN CLUB
Hey guys!

We will run from ADAMSTOWN this Saturday. We will run for 15-20mins and come back.
WE WILL MEET AT THE CAFE which is THE BONDWOOD CAFE and run or walk from there.

We will have coffee at THE BONDWOOD CAFE AT ABC!!!

Message if you are confused where abouts this is!

REMEMBER THE RULE OF HIGH FIVES EVERY TIME YOU PASS AN APC RUN CLUB MEMBER!!!

It will be @ 7:30 on the Saturday.

Bring your friends and come join us to celebrate the end of each week!! You can walk, you can run, just come along!
