Dancing the 5Rhythms is a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath.

Join an ever growing diverse community of movers committed to showing up and letting loose. Every BODY is welcome

Music is curated and gentle guidance is offered in a supportive & safely held space.

This is a free form dance practice - there are no steps to follow.
You dance at your own pace and in your own way, no previous experience is needed.

This class is open to all ages and abilities (0-14yo dance free)
