It’s that time of year again where we dress up in our brightest gear and walk to raise much needed funds for the amazing research projects being done through the Hunter Transplant Research Foundation (HTRF). Together, we can make a difference and bring hope to those in need.
Loads of entertainment and fun before an easy walk with arguably one of the best views on the East Coast. Join us for this 2.4km walk starting at Nobbys SLSC.
Wear your brightest gear to represent the healthy glow of successful kidney transplant recipients.

Pre-register today, or register from 1pm on the day. The walk commences around 3pm.

About HTRF:
The HTRF is the research arm of the Newcastle Transplant Unit based at the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) in your local Newcastle community.
Through research, it aims to restore and improve quality of life for many children and adults living with organ failure so that they may lead fulfilling lives after transplantation.
The HTRF was established to address problems in transplant clinical practice, by integrating research in transplant immunology with practice. The vision for HTRF is to create a dynamic alliance between the laboratory and clinic; and other national and international transplant research centres.
