🟡 Who’s it for? Women who want to give hula hooping a go, have fun, and discover the magic of movement.

Whether you're completely new or just curious, this relaxed one-hour taster will give you a feel for the class and all the benefits hooping has to offer. After the session, you’ll have the option to join our 6-week course and keep the good vibes going all summer long!
