Many creative entrepreneurs are neurodivergent, sometimes without realising it for years.
Neurodivergence can be a real strength in business. It often brings creativity, originality, focus, and new ways of thinking. But those same traits can also make some parts of running a business feel harder, more tiring, or overwhelming.
This one-day, in-person workshop is about understanding yourself better, recognising what helps you thrive, and gently exploring what might be getting in the way.
We are delighted to welcome Nicola Jayne Little, an experienced entrepreneur who has supported thousands of self-employed people over the past 17 years. Nicola discovered her own neurodivergence later in life, and that understanding transformed how she works and runs her business.
This workshop is not about labels or fixing yourself. It is about learning how to work with your brain, not against it.
This final workshop in the programme turns the focus back to you.
It offers a supportive space to reflect on:
You do not need a diagnosis. Everyone is welcome.

2. What Gets in the Way
We gently look at patterns, pressures, or habits that may be making things harder than they need to be.
3. Tools That Support You
Nicola shares simple, practical tools to help you work with more focus, energy, and ease.
4. A New Perspective
We close the day by helping you see yourself and your business differently, with more understanding, confidence, and self-trust.
Many people describe this as putting on a new pair of glasses.
By the end of the day, you will:
