CHRISTMAS COMMUNITY WELLBEING WALK - Newburn to Wylam & Back
Join us for this festive community walk along the banks of the River Tyne as we set out from Newburn, passing by the National Trust 'George Stephenson's birthplace house' and on to the historic village of Wylam, where we'll stop at The Boathouse for refreshments. Afterwards, we head back along the south riverside to the start point where refreshments await if you choose at the Rowing Club.
Good company, good conversation and a friendly environment. We walk and talk as a group. Nobody gets left behind.
There's only one rule - WE STICK TOGETHER
It’s about the group and there are no prizes for being first back to the car.

PARKING: There is no public parking at the Rowing Club but there is plenty of on-street parking around the location.
