Reiki Level 1 Weekend Training

Reiki is an energy-based system of healing said to promote relaxation and a sense of peaceful energy. In this level, we attune you to the first degree of Reiki, which will enable you to practice on yourself, friends, and family afterwards. We will also be going over the history of Reiki and its principles. Giving plenty of opportunity to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

What is Reiki?
History of Reiki and its origins
Reiki training structure
Attunements to the energy
The principles of Reiki
Healing with Reiki
Self-healing with Reiki
Hand positions
Treating others with Reiki

Dates/times: 7th + 8th March 2026 10:00-16:00

£120 for the two days (£30 Deposit)

Small group, so spaces are limited to 4.
