Join other new open water swimmers for a talk and dip learning about cold water swimming, safety, warning signs and how to enjoy the amazing world of open water swimming.

This session is designed to give you the confidence to enjoy open water swimming and cold water dipping safely and understand the safety aspects of this growing activity.

Included in the price is one hot drink and a cake of your choice from The Cake Shack, our fantastic onsite facility at Whitmore Lakes.
