Cardigan Carers Support Group

I'd like to invite all you unpaid carers out there to the first gathering of the Cardigan Carer's Support Group. It will be every other Thursday afternoon starting at 2.30pm from 4th September.

I'm a live-in carer, which we all know can be an isolating experience requiring dedication and sacrifice. The purpose of the group is to provide an informal opportunity to meet others who are current or bereaved carers. We all experience challenges when caring for someone who has lost their independence or is poorly. It's a chance to feel heard and to share with like-mind folks, whether that be helpful information or experiences.

There's no cost and there'll be coffee and maybe even some biscuits!

The gathering will be held in my garden room which can comfortably seat 8 people, so spaces are limited. If you could please text me on 07918 892427 and I'll let you have directions. Look forward to meeting you. Linda
