Forest Bathing Evening with Sound Bath

Join us on our Launch Day for a Forest Bathing session in Wash Common, Newbury.

Forest bathing/forest therapy is a practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the Forest, it involves slow mindful and sensory communication with nature alongside the support of a trained practitioner.

Its aim is to use the power of nature to help the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of those attending.

Our Evening Launch will include a 30 minute Sound Bath at the end of the Forest session.

Wear comfortable layers of clothing. A drink and snack will be provided.
