The Experience:

• 2- Day Workshop. Begins Saturday 9AM-4PM and continues the next day, Sunday 9AM-4PM.
• This is a small, supportive group (8 woman).
• Each day begins with a gentle mindfulness and grounding activity.
• Guided self-discovery with donkeys. Groom and work through obstacles and activities.
• Professional coaching discussions help provide insight to learnings in the paddock.
• Personal and unique transformation guided with The Authentic You Workbook.
• Communication preferences assessment and its application in your day to day life.
• Healthy and delicious drinks, snacks, and lunch to nourish your body and soul each day.
• No “To Do” lists. Be present and relax at a local Newbury, MA private barn.
• You do not need donkey or horse experience. You will not ride your donkey teacher.
