Aroma Yoga

A relaxing evening with a mix of yin and restorative yoga alongside essential oils. Bringing your mind and body into a calm and restored state. We will explore ways in which to combine yoga, relaxation and oils.

If you find yourself in constant fight or flight, and just never find the time to rest and relax, come and open up and relax your body, calm down your breathing, inhale essential oils that are ideal for your nervous system, then rest under the cosy duvets with an eye pillow gently resting over your eyes whilst Rachel guides you through a beautiful savasana.

Classes run from 7pm - 9pm and include a warm drink and delicious snacks after the session. All of your equipment is provided for the evening, you just need to wear warm layers and bring snuggly socks with you. Finishing with a very relaxing shavasana under warm duvets.

We also run the occasional Heart & Soul Retreat Days, a really relaxing day for you to escape and enjoy yoga, mindfulness, creativity, sound and delicious food within the house, garden and woodland at Treetops.
