Pamela began Pamela’s Traveling Feast in 1987, crafting delicious menus drawing inspiration from her experience in the restaurant industry and her travels to various culinary destinations in Europe and the US. Pamela opened Pamela’s on The Hudson in 2003 on the Newburgh waterfront, offering fine dining in a casual atmosphere with live entertainment.
