From October 27 – November 1, athletes of every age group will put their training to the test during D1 Gainesville’s Testing Week. This is your chance to see the progress you’ve made, set new PRs, and track your growth across strength, speed, power, and endurance.

🔥 Adult Testing Includes:
Back Squat • Bench Press • Hang Clean • Power Clean • Pull-Ups/Push-Ups • Full Body Workouts
🔥 Scholastic Testing Includes:
Rookies (7–11 yrs): Sprints, jumps, push-ups, planks, and more
Devos (12–14 yrs): Speed, agility, power lifts, and game day competitions
Preps (15–18 yrs): PRs in key lifts, sprints, jumps, and performance testing
