Join us for an evening of stillness and sound during Sound Bath with the Bees. Set in our orchard under the autumn sky, this peaceful sound bath features crystal singing bowls alongside the natural hum of honeybees vibrating between approximately 250–300 Hz, a frequency range known to resonate with human relaxation and grounding, often described as aligning with the “key of C” and linked to calming the root chakra.
Let the combined frequencies of sound bowls and bees clear your energy and bring deep relaxation.
