Labor Day Protest!

Join Indivisible Newark DE for a Labor Day protest to say “WORKERS OVER BILLIONAIRES”. Sept 1st from 2-3pm outside 401 Ogletown Rd!

-Please leave closer parking spots for people who use a wheelchair, a walker, etc.

-Remember that large bold font and simple phrases on signs are more easily seen by cars driving by.

-As usual, there will be a team of protest volunteers to help ensure the event runs smoothly.

-Do not engage with hecklers (which have been very rare thus far). Report any hecklers to one of the protest volunteers.

-Help us care for this space—please don’t litter.

Note that the Delaware State AFL-CIO is also hosting a Labor Day Rally on September 1st at 10 am in Rodney Square in Wilmington. We encourage people to attend that protest if they can!
