We all have heard what stress can do to our bodies. We also know how difficult it can be to reduce your level of stress. It's imperative to quiet the inner turmoil so many of us are experiencing. This mini retreat in person at Aspire Wellness will begin to help you quiet the unrest we feel in our gut and help you to find the Inner Calm.
We will begin the day with a cleansing using sage. Then a guided meditation followed by Crystal Reiki and 2 BioCharger programs (for calm and for ascension). Bonus: some time on a Grounding Mat!
