Drumming Circle with Peace McElwee

Drumming induces a state of relaxation by synchronizing rhythmic patterns and promoting deep breathing that releases endorphins and boosts serotonin levels, leading to more feelings of joy. A drum circle is a fun and engaging way to reduce stress, improve mental health, boot mood, increase energy and ground yourself.
Bring a drum or percussion instrument if you have one. This is open to all ages and drumming levels. Feel free to participate up to your comfort level.
Peace will guide the drum circle with traditional Native American songs and we are welcomed to record them for future reference. up load a voice recording app to you phone or notepad before attending is recommended.
If you don't have an instrument, we will have extras you can use.
