3rd Annual Homeschool Trunk or Treat 🎃

CALLIING ALL HOMESCHOOLERS 🗣🗣🗣

MidAtlantic African American Homeschooling Co-op, in partnership with Black Owl Youth Society, is hosting our THIRD annual Homeschool Trunk-or-Treat 🎃 Past events have yielded a great turnout, and we hope to see growth again this year!

Tentative Date: Friday, October 31st 2025
Time: 11AM - 1PM
Location: Newark, DE - exact address will be provided to guaranteed participants/volunteers/donors 🍬 💰 * Only ACTIVE participants are permitted to attend this event *
Anyone interested in participating should contact Christiana Bobo directly.


Families can participate by decorating their trunks and giving out candy or other appropriate items. In lieu of decorating a trunk feel free to just pass out candy or other items you feel are appropriate at a trunk or treat 🎃 If you have any decorations to donate, ideas for crafts or games, or want to donate a dish, or funds to help purchase items toward this event, please reach out!
There will be a $25 cash reward for best decorated trunk and also small gifts for best costumes (child only)

Any ideas are appreciated and welcome.

We're hoping to make this a fun event for ALL area homeschoolers 🎃 Let's work together to make that happen!
