The Tarot of Justice

Justice is the 11th card in the Smith-Waite deck. In the Thoth deck, Crowley renamed this card to Adjustment and numbered it the 7th. Why did Crowley make these changes?

There is a long history behind this card going back to ancient goddesses in Egypt, Greece and Rome. We will examine how this card evolved through history, and the various interpretations of it.
