Taiwanese Pineapple Cake Class

Join Kitsby as we show our modern take on traditional Taiwanese pineapple cakes! Taiwanese pineapple cakes have been a core part of Taiwanese culture and epitomizes luck and prosperity. In this class, you will be making flaky pineapple cakes, each shaped like a character! During this class, Chefs of Kitsby Cafe will be teaching you how to make these delicious pastries from scratch and then baking them off for you to enjoy. At the end of this class, you will be able to take home some freshly baked yummy pineapple cakes!

You'll need:

• Comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty
• Design inspiration - if you have a particular vision in mind, please feel free to bring photos to use as your guide when designing
• There will be a drink selection available for purchase, including coffees, teas, wine, beer and more!

Total Class Time: 2-3 Hours - please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for checking-in

Important note about class sizes: Due to the structure of the class, we require at least 6 participants per class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will have to cancel the class, but will allow you to reschedule to a future date.
