Sphinx Virtuosi: Visions of Peace at Carnegie Hall

The pioneering Sphinx Virtuosi string ensemble is the Sphinx Organization’s flagship performing entity. These “top-notch string players” have graced the stage of Carnegie Hall almost annually since 2004 bringing visionary programs to life in performances described as “splendid” “vibrant” and “arresting” (The New York Times). Tonight’s program features works by exciting contemporary composers Clarice Assad and Quenton Xavier Blache and selections by Lafitte Prokofiev Still and Ginastera.
