Sound Bath Experience

Guided by yoga teacher and sound practitioner Danny Fuggi, participants are invited to settle comfortably as the harmonic tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs move through the space, calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.

Through layered sound and intentional silence, the experience gently unfolds in three phases:

Reflection — turning inward to acknowledge and integrate what is present
Release — softening stress, tension, and mental clutter
Renewal — creating space for clarity, grounding, and renewed intention

No movement is required. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into meditation and deep rest.
