Each ticket includes:

• A cocktail-making kit with all the essentials
• Signature recipes created by Empirical, featuring: Cilantro Sour, Espresso Martini, I Suppose, Ayuuk Old Fashioned

To complement the drinks, guests will enjoy a curated selection of traditional Japanese small bites, designed to pair perfectly with each cocktail you create.

🎙️ About Empirical

Empirical Spirits was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen by former Noma Head of R&D Lars Williams and a team of culinary minds. Born from a desire to explore new frontiers of taste, the company custom-built its own distillation equipment, developed hybrid fermentation techniques, and sourced bold, evocative ingredients from around the world. In 2023, Empirical relocated its distillery to Brooklyn, New York, where the team continues to craft spirits from scratch using vacuum distillation and a cuts-and-blends process for maximum precision and expression. Empirical provides a whole new perspective on the world of spirits.
