This is my first concert at the beloved Bitter End NYC in four years!!!! OMG, WHY??? I'll tell you why. The story goes this way:

Once upon a time there was a babyish woman named Samantha Echo. The woman could sing. But the woman had a kind of one-third-life-crisis shortly BEFORE the COVID times and decided that someone her age needed more life skills. This talented but time management-challenged singer was ambitious but struggling to support herself and her need to record and distribute music, having no other skills besides singing in the ferry terminals and and playing with the local children. So she decided to take on an additional job as a librarian, in order to establish some semblance of financial independence and adulthood. It sounded sexy and she had played one in a musical once when she was thirteen. So she went to grad school for that purpose because they make you do that now if you want to be a librarian. That babyish woman is me. And now I’m back, having completed my degree so that I can have an additional source of income. Someday I hope to be able to support myself solely through my singing and acting abilities, and I would really appreciate it if you could sign up for my Patreon in order to help me come closer to those goals.
