Blending slow, grounding movement with light, playful flow, this class invites you to glow from the inside out. Ending with nourishing bites from Good Things NYC to support and savor that feeling beyond the mat.
The Entrance is located at 53A Chambers Street between Broadway and Elk - we will be in studio C. Please arrive a few minutes before class to allow time for check-in. See you there!
