RNT US Void Workshop (2nd Session)

This is an in person, group training session, led by RNT coaches. 

The session will involve demonstrations on core lifts (which will transfer to your normal training programme), guidance through warm-up sets and coaching through working sets - where BIG PBs are a given! 

For those of you wondering, “what is the Void?”...it’s the moment when you’re so dialled into a set during a workout you forget about everything. Your mind is blank. You’re in the Void. This state is why I love all forms of training. It’s my goal to “get there” each time.
