• Four Rhythmic Sessions – from gentle warm-up, steady build, peak intensity, to soft cool-down

About Your Facilitators

Joshua and Cat, holders of the 2025 Northeast Power Exchange Title, are internationally recognized educators known for their philosophy: People Before Kink. They create spaces where consent, care, and connection come first.

Participants often describe their events as life-changing—places where they feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to stretch, and seen enough to show up fully as themselves.

• Doors open: 8:00 PM (advance tickets close 1 hour before)
• Dress code: Comfortable & confident—whatever helps you feel your best
• Snacks & Drinks: Bring something to share; water, tea, coffee, and lollipops provided
• Photography: Optional and always negotiated with consent
• Accessibility: One flight of stairs (20 steps), not wheelchair accessible; push door firmly on arrival
