Mindful Rooftop Movement & Meditation

Start your weekend high above the city on the ART Midtown Rooftop with a 60-minute small group yoga and meditation experience for all the feel good vibes to kick off your Saturday!

• ​40 mins Somatic Yoga: Connect with your body, awaken your senses. Release stress.
• ​Guided Sound Meditation: Find calm and presence.
• ​Grounding Breathing Exercises: Feel centered and ready for the day.

• ​Guided by Dí @attentivewellnes, a Certified Wellness Instructor who helps professionals release stress to improve attention and reclaim presence.
