6-mile guided hike and hands on trail workshop along the Long Path in Palisades Interstate Park. We’ll cover the basics of fueling your body for the trail, with a stop for lunch and conversation halfway through. Expect a steady pace with a good amount of elevation gain toward the end.
We’ll meet at George Washington Bridge Park in Manhattan before crossing into New Jersey to begin our hike.
What to Bring:
