Breathwork In-Person Saturday (West Village)

We begin with intention setting, then Sayra Player will lead you through a breathwork experience.

This 2 part breath tunes you into your creative power. This powerful breath releases stuck energy so you can let go of old patterning, free your authentic nature and express the deepest parts of yourself. We make space for the subconscious to speak & to let in the sacred.

You will leave feeling a sense of clarity, presence and a felt connection to your creative power and hopefully a felt belief that your are your greatest healer.

Sayra trained in healing through breath with David Elliot the author of The Reluctant Healer. She also trained with Jayne Ebner & Vivianne Rosenthal of Frequency Breathwork in NYC. Elizabeth Kemp was her dream work mentor and her sensory training is from the Actors Studio.
