Event Description:
Join us for a transformative evening of personal discovery and authentic connection. Facilitated by Fernando Coelho, who shares how his life was profoundly changed after experiencing the healing power of nature and trauma. Fernando’s philosophy is that we can unlock our full potential by releasing past traumas and embracing what holds us back.

After a debilitating car accident and subsequent surgeries, Fernando’s doctors told him his active lifestyle was over and he would need to adopt a new way of living. They meant a way that required less physical activity, but they couldn’t have been more wrong.

Bedridden, his once active body became an overactive mind. It was here that he uncovered the body’s natural ability to overcome injury and heal itself. Movement wasn’t a choice; it was an absolute necessity and programmed in, much like breathing.
