2026 Resolution Jumpstart | Zumba Class!

Looking for a new way to workout in the New Year that doesn't feel intimidating or extreme?

--- Join us for a 45-minute Zumba class - a high-energy, feel-good workout, designed to help you move your body, boost your mood and start the year strong! This class blends simple, easy-to-follow dance cardio with great music in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.

--- Whether your goal is to move more, try something new or just shake off the start-of-the-year slump, this class is a fun and accessible way to begin.

--- Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move freely easily in. Doors open at 6:20pm and we're wrapping up by 7:30pm so don't be fashionably late---plan your entrance and catch it all!
