Access to timely and quality healthcare can be difficult to find for people with PSP, CBD and MSA. These challenges are especially true for historically excluded groups and those who face financial, geographic or structural obstacles to care.

Because access to care in these populations is understudied, the CurePSP Centers of Care at the University of Chicago and University of Hawaii are collaborating to study the impact that demographics, socioeconomic status and co-morbidities have on access to care.

Drs. Michiko Bruno and Tao Xie will share details about their research and discuss how the findings will help improve healthcare access for these important communities.
