GWGSL Annual Public Meeting

The Greater Whiteland Girls Softball League (GWGSL) will hold its Annual Public Meeting:

📅 Sunday, October 5, 2025
🕕 6:00 PM
📍700 Sawmill Road, New Whiteland

This meeting is open to the public. We’ll review the past year, provide a financial update, share our plans for the upcoming season, and allow time for public comment.

🗣 Public comment will be limited to 2 minutes per person and will close after 15 minutes.
👩🏼‍💻If you wish to provide comment or raise a question, please email us at aW5mbyB8IGd3Z3NsICEgb3Jn by 5:00 pm on Friday, 10/3. A sign up sheet will also be available at the event.
✅ All community members, parents, players, and supporters are welcome to attend.
🕰️This meeting will last no more than one hour

We will meet by the concession stand. Please bring a chair if you wish to sit.
