Prepare the Ashram for Winter!

� � Help us prepare the Ashram for the winter season! � �

As the cold sets in, our focus turns to making every space at Sat Manav warm, clean, and protected for the winter ahead. Help us put the finishing touches on our seasonal preparations before the first snow falls and we settle into the peaceful stillness of winter. We’ll be sealing out the cold, deep-cleaning/organizing indoor spaces, and tending to any last minor outdoor projects. Bring your layers, your love of cozy details, and your devotion to keeping this living sanctuary strong through the winter months!

There will be a Yoga practice session each morning before the work begins, evening meditation on Saturday night, followed by a wood-fired sauna to rejuvenate us for another day’s work, and a Satsang teaching on Sunday afternoon to deepen our practice. Come lend a hand for a hour or two, or join in on the festivities for the whole weekend! Overnight accommodations are available at a discounted rate for anyone who wants to join us for the whole event.
