Ashram Autumn Volunteer Weekend

� � Join us to refresh the Ashram grounds after the summer season! � �

After a long summer season filled with festivals and celebrations, the Ashram grounds are in need of some care and tending before winter arrives. Come join the Yogis of Sat Manav as we tidy our gardens and stack the wood that heats our buildings all winter long!

Bring work gloves and garden tools if you have them, and come enjoy a true taste of Sat Manav... There will be Yoga classes each morning, delicious vegan meals and refreshments to sustain us, evening meditation and a rejuvenating wood-fired sauna on Saturday night, and a Satsang teaching on Sunday afternoon to tell us what the whole weekend is all about! Overnight accommodations are available at a discounted rate for anyone who wants to join us for the whole event.
