This 30-hour immersion is for anyone curious about yoga’s tradition and how it can support a more intentional, connected way of living both on and off the mat. Similar in scope to the curriculum of a yoga teacher training, this program offers a rich exploration of philosophy, postures, breath, meditation, Ayurveda, and yoga nidra in a way that is practical and applicable to daily life. Over five enriching Saturdays, each day blends study, practice, and reflection to create both knowledge and lived experience.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Philosophy: History of yoga, the Yoga Sutras, Yamas & Niyamas, and how ancient wisdom informs practice today
Posture Clinics: Standing, balancing, forward bends, backbends, inversions, and twists with supportive anatomy and alignment
Special Workshops: Focused sessions in pranayama and chanting, chakras and energy anatomy, meditation, yoga nidra, and Ayurveda

Allison Andersen (E-RYT 500, YACEP, CHHC)
Allison has been teaching yoga since 2008 with nearly 5,000 classroom hours. Her studies include advanced certification in Yoga Nidra and multiple immersions in India. She is known for making yogic philosophy accessible and inspiring and has led both 200- and 500-hour trainings as well as workshops on Ayurveda and yoga nidra.
Kelly Knight (E-RYT 500, YACEP, MS-HSA)
Kelly is the founder and owner of The Yoga Lounge. With a background in healthcare administration and a deep devotion to yoga, she has built a community rooted in compassion, service, and connection. She is an experienced teacher and continuing education provider who loves to create meaningful, transformative experiences for her community.
