An Evening of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
Give yourself the gift of rest. This annual special event, led by Kelly Knight and Candace Britton, invites you into an evening of deep release and relaxation through restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound healing. Supported by gentle yoga therapy techniques, essential oils, and the soothing resonance of singing bowls, this practice is designed to calm the nervous system, ease the body, and quiet the mind.
What to Expect:
Restorative Yoga: Supported postures and gentle touch allow the body to soften, release tension, and restore balance.
Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Relaxation): A meditative journey that brings profound rest to the body and clarity to the mind.
Sound Healing: The vibrational tones of singing bowls and other instruments promote relaxation and harmony.
