🌕 Full Moon Rising Yin Yoga on the Beach 🌊

LOCATION:Grayce K.Barack N.Park NSB 1100 N.Atlantic Ave.(where Sapphire&Atlantic meet(Parking lot is free after 5pm,more parking along side street)
Walk down the boardwalk & you'll see us on the beach.

Bring: Throw blanket,sheet, water, cozy layers, and an open heart.
All ages & levels welcome.Bring a chair if you don't want to be on the sand.
INVITE your friends & family and join us for a magical evening of Yin Yoga under the rising Full Moon, where the rhythm of the waves meets the stillness within.
As the sunsets & the moon ascends towards the horizon, we'll flow through slow movements & meditative longer held poses designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and invite deep introspection. Yin yoga is accessible to all levels and offers a quiet space to restore, reset, and reconnect.
This sacred lunar gathering will include:
✨ Guided breathwork and intention setting
🌕 A nourishing Yin Yoga practice and a short closing meditation.
Allow the energy of the full moon to illuminate what no longer serves you and create space for clarity, release, and renewal.
Let's gather in stillness, bathe in moonlight, and root ourselves in presence. 🌊🌝
