This high-impact professional development session is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of nonprofit board members, executive directors, and team leaders serving the Southeast Volusia region—including New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and Oak Hill.
Led by nationally recognized nonprofit strategist Vicki Pugh, the workshop will feature a True Colors® assessment, board governance best practices, and actionable tools to enhance your organization’s strategic direction, recruitment, and leadership effectiveness.
