🎉 Enjoy live music by “The Cast,” silent auctions, raffles, with delicious food & drinks on Saturday, January 17th, 2026, at 6:30 PM doors will open at the William H. Scott Civic Center in New Roads, LA.

🎟️ Ticket options:
- Individual Ticket: $60
- Table for Eight: $600 (includes reserved table, signage recognition, and complimentary wine)

⚾️ Sponsorship levels:
- Base Hit Sponsor: Donations below $200
- Double Play Sponsor: $200 (2 tickets + recognition)
- Triple Play Sponsor: $300 (3 tickets + recognition)
- Homerun Sponsor: $500+ (5 tickets + recognition)

Door Open- 6:30pm
Band Starts- 7:30pm
Doors Close- 11:00pm
