Sound Healing: Where Science Meets Stillness
This is not your average sound healing experience. Floating on water amplifies the body’s natural relaxation response, helping calm the nervous system, balance brainwave activity, and restore energetic harmony. The gentle movement of the lake synchronizes with the rhythm of your heartbeat, enhancing the brain’s ability to reach deep meditative states associated with clarity and renewal. Each tone, vibration, and breath works through the body’s cellular water network, supporting emotional release and overall well-being.
Blending the restorative power of nature with the sophistication of a luxury spa, this experience engages all the senses while inviting complete surrender. From the serene stillness of the lake to the therapeutic resonance of sound and the subtle touch of aromatherapy, every element is designed to soothe, ground, and rejuvenate you from within.

What You Can Expect
A Serene Beginning: Depending on seasonal water levels, paddling may not be necessary as we’ll often be floating closer to the shoreline for your comfort and convenience. When paddling is included, it’s a calm, seated glide across the water to our tranquil floating space, setting the tone for deep relaxation from the very start.
Multi-Sensory Journey: This experience goes beyond traditional sound healing. It’s a full sensory immersion designed to engage the body and mind. Gentle aromatherapy with optional essential oils, soothing full-body vibrations before the sound bath even begins, and harmonizing tones come together to guide you inward. A few sensory moments are intentionally kept as a surprise, allowing the magic to unfold naturally.
Comfort & Warmth: You’ll remain completely dry throughout the experience. Cozy blankets, supportive head and eye pillows, and soft, plush socks (socks are yours to keep) are provided to ensure complete comfort so you can fully settle into stillness.
A Thoughtful Closing: As your session concludes, you’ll be gently guided back into awareness with a warm cup of our signature Grounding Tea, a soothing herbal blend created to help settle your energy and reconnect you to your body. To complete your journey, a special gift awaits you as a token of gratitude and a reminder of your experience on the water.

Space is limited, and reservations are required. No drop-ins will be accepted.
Equipment Provided:
Paddleboard, paddle, and life vest, along with all the restorative support to keep you comfortable.
Please note: We provide all equipment for the event, which is designed to fit with our specialized decks. Outside boards are NOT permitted due to safety and compatibility concerns.
Meeting Spot:
Fireman's Cove (follow the signs, it will lead you right up to the water with our trailer). Please GPS "Desert Lotus Paddle Boards"
Parking Information:
There is a $7 parking fee at the Maricopa County Gates (Fee gets you in the park for the entire day; carpooling is recommended).
When you arrive at the gate, if unsure, ask the attendant if you are at the North Entrance Gate; if not, they will give you directions.
Restrooms:
Portable and running water restrooms available.
What to Bring:
Comfortable wear (warm wear for cooler season ex: sweat pants and sweaters etc.), water, water shoes (sandals okay – we will be walking ankle-deep in water to boards).

Event Registration and Cancellation Policy – Desert Lotus Paddle Boards
Please read carefully. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
72-Hour Notice for Credit or Refund:
Registrants who call Desert Lotus Paddle Boards at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event may:
Receive a refund, minus any ticketing or processing fees charged by the platform.
Apply a credit toward another event during the current season if preferred.
Refunds and credits must be requested through our office by phone or email. For fastest processing, please call or leave a voicemail. If emailing, include your full name, event date, and reason for the request so it can be time-stamped and properly reviewed. Automatic processing through the ticketing platform will not occur, as each request is reviewed individually for accuracy and fairness.
Transfers and Substitutions:
Credits are non-transferable without prior approval. To request a substitution, the original registrant must contact our office directly and provide the full names and contact information of the replacement participant for verification purposes. Desert Lotus Paddle Boards reserves the right to approve or deny any substitution at its sole discretion.
Fraud and Scam Prevention:
Desert Lotus Paddle Boards does not sell tickets via Facebook, direct message, or any third-party seller. Attempts to sell, transfer, or otherwise offer registration spots outside of our official channels will be treated as fraudulent activity and reported accordingly.
Registration Confirmation:
All registrations are processed exclusively through our official website. Confirmation emails serve as proof of registration only and do not constitute transferable tickets. Registration is valid solely for the individual(s) listed unless a verified substitution has been approved by our office.
Event Cancellation by Desert Lotus Paddle Boards:
Desert Lotus Paddle Boards reserves the right to cancel an event at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or safety concerns. In the event that Desert Lotus Paddle Boards cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to another available event at their discretion.
