Sunset Soundbath Experience out on the Deck of Reflected Wellness. This immersive soundbath experience is curated to create gentle vibrations that calm the mind and reset the nervous system. Allow yourself to let go of the day, recharge your energy, and welcome the grounding energy of fall. Come as you are. Wear your comfy clothing and bring your yoga mats.
