New Year’s Day Workshop

Begin the year with clarity, grounded energy, and intention. Join us for a peaceful New Year's celebration designed to release the old and welcome the new. Edie and Mac will lead a restorative yoga session that helps you find calm and peace. We will clear out old energy from the past and cleanse the body, allowing you to reset your intentions and manifest your dreams for the future. Guided meditation will focus on setting intentions for the upcoming year.
